Jeep Laredo - 2011 Car of the Year

Thursday 24 November 2011: The Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo CRD has ousted the two-time defending champion and much lauded Land Rover Discovery – a sure sign of the quality, refinement, capability and value achieved by Jeep’s new flagship vehicle.

"The big American charmed Drive's Car of the Year judges with its punchy diesel engine, thoughtful cabin and genuine off-road ability," Drive’s Barry Park said of the win.
He also added that judges were very impressed by both the level of on-road refinement and value in the new Grand Cherokee.
